Hi our iva is due to end on 17th November after 6 long years [:)]

Today is pay day and on checking my account and DD I noticed the land registry have taken £3 out of my account! I have no idea why???? Just wondering if it has any connection to the near completion of the iva with I think it's called RX1 ??? And possibly realising the house charge that was put on the property???

We are with GT and as per usual unable to get through on phones and 10 day wait for email so any advise is welcome.

Thanks

This seems really odd unless you did a land registry search yourself. I cannot see how your IP could do this with your debit card so check who has access to it as I can only assume it was one of them.

I'd have a word with the bank and see who has done this.

Very strange - if you haven't authorised this then I would challenge it.

Hey Kaza,

I was with GT and I too had the RX1 form applied to my IVA.

I've completed my IVA and the RX1 removed but I had no debits from my bank account in relation to the Land Registry.

This is very odd for you. I would contact your bank?
IVA commenced April 2009 and completion certificate issued on the 25th August 2015..

PPI still on-going

I'm there....

Thanks I thought it was strange!! But just wanted to check if GT did this first as I have no idea why it's been taken out and after all this time still don't want to spill to the bank we are in an iva!!

Thanks for your advise

You don't have to tell the bank the reason - you just want to know why this payment has been taken out.
