Your IP might even know the outcome already depending on whether creditors have submitted their votes. Worth ringing them before the meeting for an update...

It does sometimes happen - I take it the other creditors don't hold 75% by value of the total debt?

So our Variation meeting went ahead today as planned and our Creditors voted and accepted our F&F offer! Me and my wife are overjoyed and can't wait for the future with our 3 boys, being debt free. Thanks a lot to everyone for their excellent advice and I wish you all the very best.
