First time posting so hello everyone.
2009 we started off in a debt management programme with Gregory Pennington a year into this we was advised an iva would be better and went ahead with this with freeman Jones. 6 years later we made our final iva payment on 29th July 2015. It's been 13 weeks so far and haven't heard anything from freeman Jones regarding the completion.
Quite a shame that the correspondence diminishes once they've had your money
Anyone else been with FJ and finally got their certificate?

There are FJ representatives on this forum so try and contact them directly. In fairness we hear few complaints about FJ and any problems raised are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Be interested to follow this post as we made our final payment in Sept followed closely (prompted by us) our final review. We have been told we should receive our completion certificate within 6 to 8 weeks. Desperate to get the IVA completed and clean up our credit report so we can look to move house! Good Luck!
First of all congratulations on completing your IVA. After 6 years I can appreciate that you'll want to have the certificate issued ASAP and will gladly look into this for you.
