Good afternoon. A positive post from me for once but one I do not really understand. Basically we have around 16 months left on our interlocking IVA's. This may change due to voluntary redundancy but that is another story. Anyway, recently we received statements etc from Inyelligent Finance stating that all accounts/plans are now closed. It says on the statements debts written off. Not sure why they would do this. Anyone else had any experience of this? I rang my IP but apparently they would not talk to them so they are as much in the dark as I am. This does not make any difference to us in the long run but just makes me a little curious.

Merry Christmas
Mark

Is it possible they've sold the debt on to someone else?

Merry Christmas all. No apparently they have not sold the debts on. Just sent us statements & letters showing balances of £0. On the statements it says "write off".
Keep smiling. It could be worse.
