I have 6 weeks arrears on my mortgage.
I have a weekly arrangement that the lenders have agreed!

If it's been agreed then I don't see they have a leg to stand on - if you have paperwork to back this up then just show it to them if they turn up.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi Matt129.
Glad to hear the interlopers have given you some breathing space; i did wonder how the progress was going good luck for tomorrow with your creditors. There are some very helpful and caring advisers on this forum Lisa is top drawer and Michael is very helpful too. you also have us the same people who have been or are still in the same boat as you so chin up matey and let the new yr start with a positive for you and others on this journey.
