Hi Matt.
That's great news all the very best to you and yours. What you have left is now untouchable so i wish you a quick recovery and the very best of luck. Just remember where the help is should you need it. & @ Lisa Thomas. Credit where credit is due.

I have been emailed today by DFD Laura telling me i'm looking at 8 weeks for the creditors to provide a formal claim in writing as they must provide their claim within a timescale Obviously via snail-mail then the certificate will be drafted and signed by the supervisor so maybe 10 weeks eh.

You can tell them to do one anyway Matt! You should get your creditor report in the next few days and just wave that under their nose!!

Just for reference Matt. You could give your insolvency practitioner a call and just ask them what you should do regarding them calling etc.

Theoretically there is nothing they can do now as everything is being sorted out through an Iva and they need to refer everything back to the people they are collecting for. Hopefully you have included everything you owe into the Iva and if so. You have nothing to worry about..

Don't let them intimidate you these goons are nothing..

Tell them you feel that they are harassing you and your feeling threatened by them and you intend to report them.

Also if they happen to call again whilst things are being set up when you answer the door video them' They won't like it and if they ask why you are filming them just say it's for your protection and there's. #128521;

The report arrived today!
It's doorstep evidence for any visitors!
It's a massive weight off our shoulders and I've already set up the monthly standing order!
An iva is not as rigid as one thinks and is flexible if you are unable to pay through illness or unemployment.
It's legally binding and will help me as much as this forum and it's helpful followers.

Hi Matt.
Great news matey.
Now your in an Iva the light at the end of the tunnel should be brighter for you and things will get better.

Make sure you read all the documents once the Iva is sent for you to sign as i kinda skipped through mine because it was about 4 inch thick. and i never read a part where it stated my payments were to double only because my Iva co. got something wrong. I'm not blaming them it's a bit of i should have read and understood the documents but i didn't. Just a little food for thought and it does make you aware of all the things which will happen as the Iva proceeds. But the very best of luck and no doubt a big weight off your shoulders.

If they were involved in the meeting they will know but safer to work on the basis you do it.

Has this been allowed as a priority debt?
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Your IP will notify if there was a debt outstanding and you listed them as a creditor.

Glad you can relax now Matt. Good luck with the IVA.
