When I do get my CC through (and I'm not holding my breath) is it a standard letter that everyone gets or is each IVA company different in the content of the letter and what details (if any) does it have written in it, such as when the final payment was made etc.?
It should be pretty much a standard letter saying that you have complied with the IVA and as such you have completed and the IP company have discharged themselves.
I can't remember if it stated on mine when the last payment was made.

Mine did not state when the last payment was made, just that the IP has closed my IVA which was completed successfully. There was also a separate page with personal congratulations from my IP for completing.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
