Brilliant news!! I did the same for myself and my husband and we got ours quickly as well.

Hello all, just a quick update.

Got my certificate through today, going to send it to the credit reference agencies tomorrow!

So happy now.

Great news well done Gareth. You shouldn't need to as your IP will have sent it to them at the same time he sent it to you. Its only when creditors don't update their records that you need to chase them a resend them a copy. Also you need to come off the IVA register before you can begin to repair your credit rating again - this can take up to 3 months.

Yeah I thought they would, it said something on the certificate about it not being their responsibility to notify credit agencies. So thought I'd send them a copy incase but will see.

Is there anyone you can phone to see if you are off the Insolvency register or do you just have to check credit reports?

Thanks,

Gareth.
