I agree with lifenoteasy, that's poor professionalism on behalf of the agent. I daresay it even contradicts their rules. My advice would be to stick with a professional!

There is no such thing as an 'A' list...who do they think they are? They are duty-bound to put all offers to the vendors.

They put a house on zoopla Monday but they had sold already Friday, wasn't impressed at all.

Regardless of what happens will be sticking with Mike at zebra as they have been great so far I'm a strong believer in loyalty especially as I'm a villa fan!!

Very!! We have found another house not as perfect as we wanted but cheaper and a different estate agent, off to look now, fingers crossed!

Put an offer in, waiting to be accepted! Avoiding the other estate agents, just wait and see, other half is already looking at cookers and fridges etc...

Well the offer was accepted! need to update my blog about all this as its been a mission but without mikes helps I'm guessing wouldn't of been possible, next to find a solicitor!

Thanks Lisa, we are Birmingham based, need to use one on Aldermores recommended list.

Found one in Coventry and one in Worcester so not too far away from Birmingham!
