Do they keep your name on the insolvency register until the last minute? Has anyone gone over the 3 months? My 3 months are up on Weds and I am keen to see my name come off!!!

Some of them do go for the full three months but I doubt it will go on after that.

mine was a couple of weeks but my wife still hadn't after a month so i contacted the insolvency register and they said they didn't have the paperwork for my wife from my IP so a phone call later to my IP she disappeared of the register two weeks later. might be worth a phone call as human error can be an issue in iva's

Mine was at the 3 month mark last week.

11.55pm the day before, all details still there.

10 minutes later......... All details gone !!!

Hopefully for you, at the stroke of midnight, your details will also automatically drop off. Good luck for the future !!

I finished IVA early , yet was supposed to finish in 2017. I'm not on insolvency register now.
I thought I'd show on there until 2017 ??

Insolvency register 3 months after completion certificate whenever it was issued.

Credit file 6 years based on date of your agreement and when completion certificate issued.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
