It depends - most of them are waiting on the court case which should be heard next month regarding PPI claims.

Chase them though - I got mine through very quickly as did my husband.

Hi, hopefully one of our posters who have been in a similar position will share their experience with you. All the best and fingers crossed it's not too long a wait.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Generally Payplan seem to be among the faster companies, once PPI has been dealt with by DoA.

Once I have the CC in my hands - what do I do to get my name removed from the IR ?
also where do I stand in getting car finance at the end of the year ?

Your IP will send a copy to the register and it can take up to three months to be removed.

Check your credit record to make sure that no defaults are showing after the date of initial IVA acceptance, if so then send a copy to the creditors and tell them to remove them.

Your IVA will remain on your credit record for six years depending upon when you started and finished.

The IR will take care of itself within three months of the IP sending them a copy of the CC. The Insolvency Service also reports to the credit reference agencies, so they should then show the IVA as completed.
