Ring your IP firm up again and ask them to tell you the name of your IP. Then ask to speak to them and stress that if you do not hear from them within the next few days you will be making a formal complaint.

I emailed David Rankin earlier so fingers crossed.i also noticed on another chat on iva forum he has been on and stated he is ip for Harrington Brooks so ive left a comment hoping he will see.
Bear in mind though Garry that that particular thread is from 2009.

The iP's are Guy Withey and Michael Bellingham. My understanding is that they took over from David a Rankin. Certainly when I checked the insolvency register! Guy Withey was listed as my IP at Harrington Brooks. Hope this helps.

I'm not 100% certain that this is what will have happened in your situation because I was transferred to HB in APril this year. It's worth a try though. Good luck x

he emailed back and said hed get his teamleader for client support team to call as they fully trained to support. They called and suggested I request a payment break for up to 6 months and hopefully within that time my partner wins his case or finds a job and at moment theres only my income so cant afford any payments.im glad we on right track but just gutted that our iva final date seems to be getting further away
