The meetings don't go on for long as the votes will probably already be in.

They just need to speak to you in case there are any modifications.

Tell them on Monday about this and ask that they speak to you before 1.30.

The meetings literally take minutes -- then a few minutes to tally the votes --- then you join the queue for a phone call to either say yay or nay, and / or to discuss any modifications proposed. Unfortunately many firms seem oblivious to the importance we put on these, literally life changing, decisions and will prioritise them behind their lunch break !

This is the week. Best of luck Robin :)

Are there any stories of people being told early? Mines tomorrow, and I have the day off for it, but am just wondering if there is any possibility of the creditors responding before I.e. Today? My Tesco app has started to behave rather peculiar, in that it is saying that my available credit is almost what I am entititled to, instead of what it should be (£0.00 [|)]). Is this just an unlucky coincidence/glitch with the app, or could it be a result of this IVA application?

Thank you.

The votes are usually in beforehand but most companies will wait until the time, especially if there any creditors who have not voed.

You may find that is a glitch with the app.

The only way you would be told early is if the majority of votes had been received prior to the meeting - indicating which way voting was going to go.

Hello Everyone[:)]

Great news, although not formal until tomorrow morning, I have been made aware that my two largest creditors, of which make up over 75% have approved my proposal. What a relief and a weight lifted. RedRobin, my fingers are crossed for you now.
