I found with CF that when I sent over my wage slips showing uplifts or bonuses they didn't ask for any payments (with JPG I had to send their share within 14 days which I preferred) and said they would look at it at annual review time. I thought it odd they didn't want 50% of my annual bonus straight away but I have the records to show all was in order! CF do seem to have a more relaxed approach to it all.

You need to speak to CF.

The uplift should probably kick in at the annual review if the payrise was post IVA but CF should be bale to give you a complete answer.

The insurance is highly unlikely to be anything to do with your IVA but it may be this company is trying to either sell you a policy or see if it can get you a new one cheaper. If you do not need one then let them know that or perhaps if you have any surplus left from the review use that to fund the cover. Just a thought.
