Hi all

Well it has finally arrived just over 2 weeks since final payment and we have the completion certificate, no problems from credit fix really smooth, so can finally celebrate yay happy days [:)]

Just one question in the letter it says to send a copy of the final report to the credit agencies, do I send it all or just the CC?

Thanks x

You shouldn't have to send anything --- CF inform the Insolvency Service who, in turn, report to the credit reference agencies. I would wait until the entry comes off the Insolvency Register, then check the CRA'a using Noddle and / or Clearscore to make sure they have it marked as completed.

Agree with Foggy - you shouldn't have to do anything other than check the agencies.

Great news that you have that all important bit of paper.

I'm a little concerned now. My F and F was accepted by my creditors back in June but I still have not received a completion certificate from credit fix. I also have just received a letter from one of my creditors stating my debt has been passed over to another debt collection company and as of June 01st I owe over £1k. Bit confused, is my iva complete?

Not until you get that certificate, Huddo. I would give them a ring. In the meantime see if your entry on the Insolvency Register has been marked completed.

I just searched the Insolvency register on the government site by my name and it returned no results. Does this mean l am no longer on the register? Or is there another way to find out?

Seems you have completed .... maybe the certificate "got lost in the post".

Other than asking your IP you could have a look on Noddle to see if the IVA is marked as completed.
