Once an IVA has been negotiated and agreed, does anybody have day to day access to my new bank account and detailed knowledge of all my transactions?
Not that I'm planning on having anything to hide, but it would frighten me to think that somebody was scrutinising my every transaction.

No they don't, although you will have to supply bank statements for your reviews.

Not every IP looks at bank statements after an IVA has been accepted. I don't because I trust my clients to confirm if they have received any exceptional money during the year, and this seems to work quite well.
