The choice of which professional to choose is very personal, and most of my clients tell me that they made up their mind within about 30 seconds of approaching my firm and speaking to my colleagues. So if you are having a good experience with the firm you have chosen, and have spoken to the insolvency practitioner who will be representing you personally, I would say that you have probably made the right choice for you.

I think a lot of people feel obliged to go with the 1st company they speak to because its such a burden to have removed from your shoulders that you feel so grateful you wouldnt want to say, oops sorry I have decided to go with so and so instead.

Take your time deciding(easier said than done),because you must work with these people for the next 5 years!!! Get it right and it could be that its a good learning experience, get it wrong and you could have a far less enjoyable time sorting out your debt.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.

Please be sure you are very happy with the company you choose. Five years is a long time to not have confidence in somebody.
An IVA can be stressfull enough at times without having worries about the company dealing with it for you.
Its not too late to take a second or even third opinion xxxx
