mm, thanks for that, according to that info, he should have had it, wonder why not? [:0]

is the forum acting up? I have just noticed some text under my avatar, saying " one month down 59 to go!"

WHAT IS ALL THIS ABOUT? I am not in an IVA

The forum seems to have thrown a wobbly - we've all got them, even Melanie!

I have emailed Admin so hopefully it will be sorted soon.

I presume %50 of mine will go to iva as anything I earn over usual ammount is subject to %5o so my £60 becomes £30.

Hallway, no one else is having to hand it over so you shouldn't. See Melanie's post. X

I wouldn't have thought so Hallway - as Kallis says no-one on here has had to pay it into their IVA, and as Melanie says it was money that was wrongly taken from you.

If your tax code has gone up you can't NOT have got the £60. If you add a "0" to the end of the number part of your code you get your annual tax free allowance e.g. £5,430 or 6,030. When the code changes the tax deducted automatically changes - the employer has nothing to do with it as the calcuation is automatic.
