I thought the recent goverment rescue package on the newswire gave councils the right to help people losing the homes by offering either a buy into it or to buy the house outright and rent it back to occupants as 'new tenants'
If people are losing their homes, surely is better to take the governemnt rescue as it was designed to stop repossessions.It is better than to lose the house and rent somewhere if you already have a house, or is it not??
