Hi all

I'm paying £350 for first 4 months then £265 (thanks to Melanie) for next 56 months, this is due to mortgage payments increasing in January.

Egg wanted us to pay an extra £38 per month but as they were the only creditor wanting more it did not effect the origional proposal.

Northern Rock and HBOS were our main worry with all of the recent publicity etc. as 2 thirds of our debt is with them. We owe Egg £2500 which is around 5% of our overall debt.

Was quite surprised that out of all our creditors it was that one not approving.

Mark

Good result.

Yeah - had a chat with Melanie and EGG can be a problem when their debt is £25k or more. But we keep fighting them!

Hi Mark, welcome to a great forum, which is full of support and great advice, i hope that you find peace of mind now that you have started on the path of the IVA, it isn't easy sometimes but at least you know exactly where you stand and that for me has taken away all my stress, phew.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
