You should look at your current situation today having regard to the agreed amounts owing to your creditors and your current I&E. Then discuss with Payplan what is the most appropriate advice today having regard to any changed circumstances. That way you'll know whether to continue with existing IVA with existing or different contribution OR opt for a DMP, Payplan will give you the most appropriate advice.

I do wish that i had been better advised originally and if only i had found this forum back then!

Have just had a very useful conversation with Pay Plan who have suggested we look at a number of options but they have also suggested i write to Debt Matters to ask them to explain why i was not offerred a DMP to put my mind at rest.

I understand what you are saying about paying more back than what you owe, in actuall fact you are probably saving money by been in an IVA because no more interest is added on to your debts
