Hi there Iain

Are we talking about much money?

I would wait for an answer from a professional IP who will be able to clarify this as I am not 100% sure on this
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes

If you ought to have paid over additional earnings during the year, and have failed to do so, this technically constitutes a default of the arrangement, but depending upon the terms of the IVA, and whether you have a practical and synpathetic IP, it may be possible to make up this shortfall over time.

If you do find a way forward, it would be advisable to ensure that you pay over any further monies on time.
