I own a property in France would this be affected in the IVA. I do not have an equity in the UK

Do you live in France? Or is your main residence in the UK? Could you possibly post a little bit more about your circumstances? One of the technical experts would be able to advise you further.

I will need to be disclosed as an asset in the Statement of Affairs which supports your IVA application.

What value is the equity in this property and how much do you owe to creditors?
