Hi Everyone
Just to say thanks for the advice and support. I wrote a post only last night as had not had a reply from the credit company about removing the default and was getting frustrated. Anyway Surprise, Surprise the defaulted account was removed today from the credit files, so the system worked well and only took 6 weeks thought it was going to a long drawn out affair, so we are delighted it’s all finally over.
Thanks again to everyone the advice was excellent and will keep in touch on the social site.
Geoff

Thanks you lot without your suport I would have caved in, and all without the need to storm the court.
Wishing you all the very best and good luck.
Geoff
