I have just received a letter from a bailiff saying I owe money from a previous unpaid court fine, which is not my fault as bailiff knew I was in iva but said they would get back to me, they never did and now sent a letter advising of removal of goods!
Can I make an offer to pay by installments as im in an IVA and problem was not really my fault as they negleted the issue.
