Hi
All just a quick question i have been in an IVA for 38 months now and have just succsesfully open a barclays connect account with no overdraft facility although i do have a debit acrd and cheque book with this account. My question is as i have moved numerous times in the last three years since beginning my IVA barclays only asked for my last 3 years addresses so there is no mention of an iva in theses addresses .have also registered with equifax and only had to enter addresses for last 3 years so there is no mention of IVA on there records. As barclays have opened account do i need to inform them of IVA i am not using this as my main account as have nationwide account for D.D etc thankyou

You don't have to inform them. I presume they didn't ask anything when you opened it. I still have my Barclays account (only 45p in it though!) and they were one of my creditors.

Hi
Some banks use one credit reference agency, some others. You could be turned down at another bank.
Good luck to you, you have done nothing wrong.
