i am in an iva and have been for 19 months struggiling at that my husband has had to take a 300 pound a week drop in his wage my iva company want the same this month leaving me penniless is this human rites

Did you mean £300 a week or a month? That does seem a lot if it's a week.

If you have not already informed your IP, you need to do so and see if you can get the payments reduced. They should not be leaving you with no money at all, especially in this economic climate.

They can reduce your payments by 15% without calling a creditor meeting.

Is your husband also in an IVAor is his income subsidising your living expenses and therefore the IVA payments?

Discuss with your IP and see whether a downward variation is appropriate.
