If you had an IVA 7+ years ago can you enter in to another one if circumstances have failed again for different reasons

Hi and welcome.

There is nothing to stop you from having another IVA proposed but your creditors will probably want to know the reasons for getting into this situation again.

I agree with Mrs Skint and I would recommend that you speak to an IP as soon as possible. The experts who post on this forum are recommended, and you can get their details from the experts section at the side of the page.

Hi there and welcome to the forum

There is nothing stopping you in having a second IVA, however there must be good reasons as to why you are struggling financially again, if your application is to be supported by creditors. I assume that this time your debts are with different lenders?
