Hi Just been looking around and I see that northern rock dont like IVA's is this still the case as they will be my biggest creditor

NR will accept IVA's, each case is looked at on an individual basis.

Discuss with an Insolvency Practitioner your concerns. However there should not be any.

Either contact www.iva.com for a list of companies and reviews, or click on the expert link on the left hand side of the page here. All of the professionals who post on here come recommended.

They accept over 80% of the IVAs presented to them, and as long as the offer is in their and their customer's best interests, there should be no reason for rejection.
