if going br can tax credits and child ben be taken into account of income?

These will not be taken into account when determining an IPO/IPA.

so as my wifes debts are in her name and mine are in mine we both have to pay £495 each to go br.She has no income on 12000 debt and i have an income of £1100 per month to pay rent,council tax and general living, with debt of £26000 i would assume that i would not get an attatchment of earnings.

Hi Peter - if there's less than £100 disposable income, then there'll be no IPA. The Official receiver will go through all income and expenditure and confirm this.
