So the best thing for me to do is to contact a company to discuss a DMP with them??
I know I willnot get a IVA and in all honesty, bankruptcy is not a route I am wanting to go down.
I want to pay my debts back. Afterall, I was stupid enough to get in this situation, I will get myself out of it and pay back as much as I possibly can.
If you go to www.iva.com and phone a couple of companies on there. They will give you free advice and hopefully sort something out for you.

Can I suggest that you contact an insolvency practitioner who can discuss the various options available to you. With a fledgeling business which shows signs of growth, you may well be better looking at a debt management plan in the first instance, as this would deal with the day to day issues surrounding your debts, and allow you to focus on growing the business.
Your debts are not that large, and your post suggests to me that you need breathing space rather than a more formal solution right now.
Melanie is right. Your short term problems could be solved by entering into a DMP but you need help to discuss your business with an Accountant or an IP that has business experience. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Well I want to say thank you to everyone for taking the time to reply to my post, it really is appreciated.
I have come to a decision after speaking to people about my options and I have decided to carry on as I am, go it alone so to speak. Finances have slightly improved meaning I am keeping my head above water - just!!
I really want to pay my debts off myself. As I said, I was the one who made silly decisions in my teenage years so I am the one to sort this mess out, which I will do and I am doing.
Yes it may take me longer to become debt free but my creditors are being very reasonable and helping me out in many ways which I am thankful for.
Again thanks everyone for your advice but for the moment at least, I am not going to be taking this any further.
Glad you are managing to sort everything out sams.
If you are ever in trouble again, don't forget where we are.
Good luck for the future.

There is still no obligation on you so speak to an expert who will give you free impartial advice. Another opinion to add to your own often helps. Glad you are muddling through though!
