Rest assured your landlady would not be affected by your IVA.
Your personal possessions are not viewed, and your life remains your own although you learn to live within a controlled budget.
Your landlady would be asked no doubt to confirm what rent she charges you and any of the associated household bills..this would be to confirm you are not paying more than you should. Once done, all your IP will want to look at his your income andexpenditure to make sure you can afford your repayments and retain a standars of living.
IVA life is tough at times, but very rewarding ...you certainly learn to appreciate things and learn to live within your means
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !

Well answered luluj. Thewds your landlady has nothing to fear. Get her to give you a rent book showing what you have to pay her. This can be shown as evidence to your IP. Your IP does not contact your landlady at all.
