I am currently in an iva for the past 14 months. Ihave just had my annual review and my IP as combined my wages for the past 6 months and taken an average salary as my income.

This salary included overtime (which isn't guaranteed)during my the past couple of months my partner has been made redundant so I am keeping the bills paid with no supporting salary.

My question is can the IP dothis with overtime tomake up the money i have lost in income to still take the payment?

You should point out that overall with the loss of your partners income your net disposable is less - he/she should take that into account as your partner contributed to the household expenses wchich she is not now doing.
