hi,going threw with an iva,but want to add my existing electricity supplier as i owe them £3000..business supplier!any1 would think im running blackpool not a little off licence!anyway is it possible to switch companys or will they not let you go as i owe them money?and will it be highly impossible to get another company if they know i owe so much to another company?

I think you need to speak to your IP about adding the utility bill, I'm not sure if you can or not.
If you try to change suppliers then you will be expected to settle your old company's bill.

It would be worth trying to find another supplier as you could enter the existing debt into your IVA. This may prove difficult but is certainly something to consider.
