Just an update and more niggles rather than worries. Not been on for a while, though have discovered the BR site.I feel so much more positive, relieved etc since going BR.
The Court staff and initial OR call, were stars. Treated me with such respect and sympathy.
The last few days started worrying a bit again. Nothing like before but still waiting for OR interview 2 weeks on. Worried about the calculations and housing allowance/costs. Have put a question on BR site re this ie how much is reasoanble .Current mortgage has gone down to £750. I want to look at rent of £700 to get somewhere decent.
Also will they allow an amount for car repairs. My car died yesterday,Cam belt and will cost £500 to repair. It is essential for work next week. Will have to miss the mortgage again to pay for this.I wanted to write to mortgage company to say I want to Volunatary repo., but I have been told that I have no say in house now I am BR and must wait for Or interview and advice.I just think I should write to company now to advise of position and avoid court repo

Yes it will be up to the OR - but yes miss the mortgage payment and use that to pay for the repairs. You should have no problems but tell the OR. Good luck and hopefully the stress you have been under will now vanish.
