Hi
I do not believe that there would be any charges by your IP to split your interlocking IVAs, you will already have your own IVA as all IVAs are individual any way. It would be your creditors that would pay for any extra costs incurred by your IP.
If you submit your required paperwork late to your IP you would be at risk of failing your IVA and not extra charges
Regards
You should always try and get our annual review documentation to your IP on time - as it is very tedious for us to have to chase clients for this.
I cannot see why there would be any charge for splitting the IVAs, or whether that would be strictly necessary? Have you asked your IP - as they are best placed to give advice on your own particular case.
