is it possible to move while u r in an iva and get a good rate remorgage?

It is possible. As for a good rate of remortgage,well that would depend on the deposit you had and the LTV of the property you were after. I wouldnt expect to find too many lenders out there in todays market but its not impossible.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

The rate will depend on your own particular circumstances, you would be looking at ltv`s of 70-75%. Tony
