Hi,

I have no idea I'm afraid. The only thing you can do is ask the question.

Have you asked the finance company if you can make reduced payments

Hi
I doubt it as the finance company are within their rights to repossess the car. It may pay you to attend court and explain to the judge your payment plans, it may actually be better to contact the finace company and agree a repayment plan before the hearing.
