Am in middle of proposal IVA and found out yesterday the company I work for are in trouble if a IVA is going and while thru it am layed of work what happens as I would not have the amount of money to file BR

You would be unwise to proceed with an IVA application if your future employment is uncertain. A DMP could well be a better option in the short-term until things are more certain for you, or if you have no assets at risk from bankruptcy proceedings this is also worth some thought.

Have a chat with the IP you have chosen to represent you to see what they advise.
