They are obliged to send a statement at least once a year. You can ignore it.

Strange I recieved a statement from blackhorse today.
Also got a strange letter of the Natwest. Which bascially told me I was arrears but that they were aware of my "payment plan", but they would still be telling me every six months how much I was in arrears by??

They can only claim the balance as at the start of the IVA - nothing else.
