i have 2 charging orders against my house

i have 2 charging orders against my house what would happen to these if i were to enter into an iva?

Hi Michael
Firstly welcome to iva.co.uk. I hope you find it useful.
In relation to the charging orders, they would be classed as secured creditors. If, at present you are required to make repayments on these charging orders then this would form part of your monthly expenditure in the IVA.
If you do decide to enter into an IVA, your Insolvency Practitioner will run through everything thoroughly with you so you fully understand what is involved.

If the charges have not been made absolute the IVA could stop them. Have you received interim charging orders or is it too late to do anything now?
