Hi
If it has actually been failed then you will need to look at proposing a fresh IVA. If your IP has not actually failed your IVA then you can ask them to continue with it if you can agree a way forward

Hi there and welcome to the forum

How many payments have you actually missed? And has your IP served you with a Notice of Default or a Certificate of Termination yet?

As you have missed payments, are you sure you would be able to start making them again?

Hi Melanie,

I have been served with a Notice of Termination, i havent spoken to my IP yet as he was unavailable but i have seeked further advice and was looking at either starting again as i feel the reason for it failing in the first place was genuine, alternatively i am able to borrow a cash lump sum, and wanted to find out how i can try and go fo a final settlement IVA

Is this something that you might be able to help me with?

Hi
If it has not already actually failed then it will be more cost effective to try to work out a way forward with your own IP, this could be a lump sum payment

Hi Andy

It has actually failed as the Notice of Termination has been received myself and sent out to my creditors!
