Hi T-H87,
Coop been good for us. nice and easy. Just been onto their freindly staff who are there 24/7 to register for internet banking. Two new accounts took a week from start to receiving debit cards etc and 15 mins this evening to get internet banking and a savings account(also linked to currenr accounts to transfer contingency money etc around)
Started a DMP sept '09
IVA since Dec '11
Completion Certificate Dec '16

I think the Co-op are brilliant, but if you are BR you probably won't get a savings account with them. I had to wait until after I was discharged, and then appeal before I got a Smartsaver account.

There are other banks who will allow you a savings account though so don't let it put you off!
