Lloyds TSB keep sending letters that we are over our overdraft and behind with loan payments but we no longer use the account and they were creditors in our iva (approved may 2009).have informed them of this but they dont seem to listen. have told our I.P and sent all letters to them. anyone else had probs with Lloyds?

It takes a little time for the information to filter through to the correct department.
Try sending them a copy of your IVA approval.

They cant do anything to you so dont worry.

It's a shame that correspondence continues to arrive following approval, but the IVA protects you from further action.

It's a shame if you have to incurr expense ringing to sort yourself, but your IP will keep sending them notification and believe me, despite their efforts, it can still take time!

I'm afraid it is something which happens quite often unfortunately.

I hope the calls stop soon.

Must admit that I wouldn't be very polite with them if they were still pestering me a few months after I'd been approved!
