Im currently in a iva with Grant Thornton, is it possible to give details to another IP to try and get a better "deal", or will it all end the same?
Im currently £1600 in arrears due to a pay rise and overtime.
Sorry if its a silly question, dnt really 100% understand it.
thanks for your time.
Simon

It is pretty impossible to change your IP once you are in an IVA - but why do you feel that GT are not doing a good job? They are one of the best first in the business, and if you are unsure of anything relating to your IVA give their client services department a call and they are sure to want to explain everything to you. Were you not aware that you had to pay over extra money if you earned overtime and got a pay rise?
