By the way after your last post did you contact 2 or 3 IVA Companies?

Can't be a meeting as you can only adjourn for 14 days, so can only assume that CCCS are so busy that they cannot cope with demand and are rescheduling appointments.

It has always been a long wait to speak to the CCCS so you should lift the phone and speak to some of the IP firms on this Forum. No one here will make you wait months for advice.

have a look at www.iva.com and take some free impartial advice from two or three on there. The professionals who post on forum always come highly recommendeds. It does seem too long to wait.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Perhaps the CCCS representative who posts on the forum could explain why the creditors preferred agent cannot give someone advice for over a month - following a rescheduled appointment. I do hope that this is an isolated case and not the norm.

Hi Caroline,

Is it your initial appointment with CCCS that has been cancelled or have you already had an appointment with CCCS and been referred to CCCSVA?

Regards
Sarah
CCCS is a registered charity. We take great pride in offering first class help and advice, but we only offer this where we have been able to fully explore and understand your circumstances with you. We want to help you understand these choices and their possible implications but not make them for you.

Please contact CCCS to see what has happened.

I would also advise contacting one or two other companies to see if they can assist you.
