Hi all,as stated before i am about to offer money being lent by a family member, as a full and final variation to my IVA. Is it ok to say this is a loan and not a gift? Or will this predjudice my offer?

Hi
State that it is a loan given to you on the condition that it is used to conclude your IVA. If your offer is not accepted the loan offer will be withdrawn. State that you will use any disposable income that you have to repay the family member
