[:D]I have not been on forum for a while, but did trawl this forum for many weeks ,before deciding i needed to address my financial situation.
That was back in august .
Now i am so glad i did , i spoke to Melanie Giles and her team , and i havnt looked back.
I have just finally had my IVA agreed , and now i can really look forward to a debt free life.I am under no illusion it will be easy, but i know i am paying back what i can.
It has not been easy the last couple of months , mainly waiting , dealing with awfull phone calls from creditors etc.But we got ther in the end.
I would just like to say a massive thankyou , to all those who answered all my early questions, and a massive thankyou to Melanie Giles and her team.
For anybody who is reading this, who is thinking of addressing there finacial situation, my advice is pick up the phone and get yourself some advice.
I also know that everyone is here .
First installment paid, a good nights sleep to come.

Fantastic news Floss.

Excellent result for you and for Mel's team.

Hi floss just to add my congratulation too, those months will fly by, i can't believe that i have now paid 28mths (my payment goes out on the 1st but because isn't due till the 26th, hence why over on the left hand side it says 27 payments)the time has just flown by, lets hope that the next 3 go just as quickly or a miracle happens before then lol.

Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
