Hi Kallis,

Thank you for keeping in touch , Well had our IVA approved with Clear Debt today and will be starting 2010 on the road to recovery.

Thank you and every one for your forum and the advice offered , All your comments helped to give us confidence to go ahead but also to
fight our corner to make sure that we were 100% comfortable with the monthly repayments ,
If i can give any advise to anyone it would be the same as any one else .
SLOW THE PROCESS DOWN !!!
make sure that you feel comfortable working with the company you are dealing with (because you will have them in your life for a few years to come. make sure you have all the facts and find out about all the outgoings your are entitled to in order to survive the next 5 years you go with(Roxie our beloved Jack Russell and our 3 Chickens who lay our delicious eggs would have starved if i hadn't had found out we could budget for there well being ! not to mention our travel costs to work.
Take Care everyone all the best for a Frugal Festive Season
