That is really bad.

It is in no ones best interests for you to go bankrupt now, you are so near the end and dependent upon what it says in your proposal/chairmans report, I would say they can't do this.

I hope that Mel comes on later and can advise you further.

Have you spoken to the IP direct or just one of the office staff?
